Clinton County to host informational session introducing Abandoned and Orphan Well Program
Lock Haven, Pa. – The Penn State Marcellus Center for Outreach and Research (MCOR) Community Science Volunteer Abandoned and Orphan Well Program will be holding an informational session on the process of locating and documenting abandoned and orphan wells in Clinton County from 6:00 to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 10 in the Gross Community Room of the Clinton County Library (232 West Main Street, Lock Haven, Pa. 17745).

This initiative is part of the Marcellus Matters: Engaging Adults in Science and Energy project which provides rural Pennsylvanians with opportunities to increase their knowledge of science and energy systems and engage in scientific investigation through the lens of natural gas development. The presentation will be open to the public and free of charge.
